More than 20 years of experience with large-scale rural development Govt. programmes across India.
Part of the design team of National Rural Livelihoods Mission, Govt. of India, led HR & OD interventions for various State Rural Livelihoods Missions, Social Welfare Programmes, Disaster Management Programmes, developing HR strategies, policies, performance management systems, capacity building strategies.
He has been a Director with SIDS, a leading HRD firm working for large scale Government programmes.


Vishal Kalra

Before accepting a more challenging environment by joining URNA as COO, Vishal has had over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry and has worked with retailers across the globe, including East, Fenn Wright Manson, Just-B, etc. He has furthermore had former experience in IT and advertising and has headed The Indophiles (a buying house) for more than 16 years of his amazing work experience. 
Vishal as an individual does not only have the experience, but also has a hard-working, caring and humorous personality that makes working with him seem pleasant.


Deepankar Majumdar

Over 20 years of experience in the Media and Outsourcing domains. 
Part of the startup teams of Headlines Today, Times Now & Sahara TV, worked in various editorial and production roles in NDTV and Zee News.
Worked in TCS, HCL Tech and Genpact in operations, sales and strategic roles with P&L responsibilities. 
Deepankar also has an innovative startup in the Digital Video space and founder of Bincom.

Gram Vikas

Gram Vikas started using the URNA App for our personnel attendance, leave and tour approvals in April 2018. It is now used by about 300 staff-members spread across remote parts of Odisha and Jharkhand.
